Interview Details – Initially contacted by HR a few days after submitting a application. They asked the usual questions to make sure I know what Morningstar was about and to make sure I was interested. A week later I was invited to their office in Chicago, very modern and casual. I went through three rounds of interviews which were all 1:1. I was asked about my education, current job, the economy, and personality. I was asked to come in the following week, and talk about a financial instrument, I chose a Lord Abbett fund.
Interview Question – Why are you applying for a position as a data analyst? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Morningstar wanted me to start immediately but I had a commitment to my current employer for 6 more months.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
