Interviewed Apr 2008 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 months)
Very unorganized HR department. Long turn-around time. The Jacksonville Newspaper has a very uneducated and "snobby" HR department that is quite horrible at their job. Make a relationship with the manager of a department. The HR folks are worthless, always have been. They have been there forever and all the company employees in Jacksonville think they are worthless. It is a company-wide joke.

This process is somewhat simple. They have a standard structure for base pay, while somewhat outdated they have a guideline and you have little room for flexibility but they do well at keeping most new-hires in the same ball field of pay.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 4 weeks)
Q&A between HR people and other managers. Questions were typical "tell me about yourself". No behavioral components. Lacked structure. Seemed like they were just trying to see if I fit their perception of an employee. I thought that they were looking more for a club member than an employee.
