Interviewed Nov 2011 in Portland, OR (took 5 weeks)
I applied through campus recruiting. The first interview took place on campus two weeks after my application was submitted. Two weeks later, I was invited to the second interview, which was at their main office. It was about four hours long started with a brief presentation about the firm, and followed by four 1:1 interviews with managers, senior managers, and partners. A post-interview social event was hosted to give candidates a chance to meet other people at the firm. Overall, everyone was very nice and friendly and the interview process is well-organized.

Went through college career center - first, a quick first-round, then an in-office interview. Super nice people, great company to work for.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
I didn't supply enough information for the recruiter. Would of provided more information on my exact plans for the next 3 years. The recruiter was very pleasant to talk too. They didn't ask enough questions. They wanted me to direct the interview with more information. Valid points are to describe why you chose accounting. Bonus points if you show a true passion for your job choice. Be very specific.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Seattle, WA (took 2+ months)
Very polite and formal interview process. Great company that treats people well. Interestingly, it wasn't very representative of the job it self. Although, the job is good. This is a low stress environment. A company that is growing but does not want to acknowledge it. Somewhat like Seattle itself: "If you don't build it, they won't come."
It is very interesting how the company wants to grow but does not want to invest in the organization.
The interview process was very, very long. Prepare to wait and wait and wait. No one is in a hurry to fill a position.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Portland, OR (took 1 week)
HR was very responsive and helpful on setting up multiple interviews in different offices. Standard phone screen with the recruiter within a day of applying. First face to face interview within a week; subsequent face to face soon thereafter. Conditional offer out within 3 weeks of the initial application submission. Interview process was more 'how well do you fit into our culture' than technical. Heavy emphasis however on leadership skills and ability to juggle multiple engagements at once.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 2 weeks)
seemed like they really did not have any actual positions. when asked where i was interested in working and postings were shown on their website, they then called that location to see if there was "still a need". almost like a headhunter cold calling, only this was internal. had two interviews, one with HR and one with the department head.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Portland, OR (took a day)
As I waited for the interview in my career center, I chatted with a recruiter who asked me about my interests, what classes I was taking, what I had done the previous weekend, etc. Then, I was called in to an interview room to have a formal interview with another recruiter. She asked about my resume, my interests. Pretty standard.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
I had lunch with members of firm management and had an in-person interview with three members of senior management a few weeks later. The process was, overall, very relaxed and I appreciated that greatly.
I was given numerous opportunities to discuss aspects of the position with different managers and to discuss the true issues associated with the firm from their perspective. Overall I think the firm is and will continue to be an excellent place to work either at the staff or manager level.

Reason for Declining
I had significant commitments in place with my current employer on which I could not renege. I like Moss Adams and urge any Big 4 accountant to give them a look when considering a move.
