Interviewed Apr 2010 in Portland, OR (took a day)
As I waited for the interview in my career center, I chatted with a recruiter who asked me about my interests, what classes I was taking, what I had done the previous weekend, etc. Then, I was called in to an interview room to have a formal interview with another recruiter. She asked about my resume, my interests. Pretty standard.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
I had lunch with members of firm management and had an in-person interview with three members of senior management a few weeks later. The process was, overall, very relaxed and I appreciated that greatly.
I was given numerous opportunities to discuss aspects of the position with different managers and to discuss the true issues associated with the firm from their perspective. Overall I think the firm is and will continue to be an excellent place to work either at the staff or manager level.

Reason for Declining
I had significant commitments in place with my current employer on which I could not renege. I like Moss Adams and urge any Big 4 accountant to give them a look when considering a move.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took a day)
Met them through college recruiting events. They are overall very laid-back and friendly individual. However, there is a specific type of personality they are looking for, so their hiring process wasn't necessary based on your grades and ability to learn, but on how good you'll fit into the culture of the company.

The first interview was a general screening with the recruiter. That was followed by another phone screen with a marketing director. That was followed up with an interview by the Office Managing Partner, Regional Managing Partner and Sales Director. I then came back for a 5 round with 3 Partners and 2 marketing staff members and the Office Managing Partner.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Seattle, WA (took 6+ weeks)
The process was slowed by extenuating circumstance on the part of the hiring manager but otherwise, it was a very positive interview process.
Negotiation Details
I wasn't able to negotiate much other than my salary. I ended up at the top end of my position's range because of the salary I was coming from and ended up with a bit of a target on my back since I was the highest paid person in my role...I'd have been better to take a slight pay cut and not be looked at as the expensive person.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took 1+ week)
Originally had a 30 minute phone screen, most were standard questions such as why I left my last job, salary requirements and behavioral questions like how I dealt with a difficult colleague. A timeframe was given for when a decision would be made and I was contacted within that time to invite me for a face to face interview. The interview was 30 minutes with the hiring manager and then an hour for skills testing. This was a screening interview and the hiring manager described in detail the position and the partner needs.
I was notified via phone the next day that my candidacy would not be moving forward. While somewhat disappointing, it is rare that a company is so prompt in notifying unsuccessful candidates. It is all too common for companies not to notify the unsuccessful candidates. I do appreciate the courtesy and professionalism extended to me.
