A friendly HR rep called me to set up a phone interview for the following week. I Briefly toured the facilitiy and this was followed with a 30 minute 1:1. Questions were basic behavioral questions, "Where do you plan to be in 5 years" , why would you want to work for our company, etc.

Met with four different people. Two senior accountants, one vice president. Three rounds of interviews lasted approximately two hours. I was told I would hear from HR very shortly and received a call the next day.
