Interview Details –
Motive will grill you! Everything on your resume is fair game, regardless of what you are applying for. Be prepared to be tested over and over as they go line by line through your resume. Regardless of how well you do, fail one test and don't expect a call.
Most of the people at motive were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Interview Question – Given a generic design, hand write all the code it would take to reproduce on a white board. Answer Question
