Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
Applied online and received a call from the Manager. The manager explained about the position and seemed to be really good at what he wanted and asked the questions upto the point. I could understand he was well prepared with my resume and questions. Then I was told to expect an interview from his team members. Got the call on an afternoon. Two persons interviewed me. One was atleast asking questions based on my resume, but the other person was not prepared to interview and asked some questions which was completely senseless. Over all the interview was arranged in poor light and seemed like they were interviewing me to just pass their time around. I am happy that I did not get another call for the next round.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Beijing, Beijing (China) (took 3 days)
Technical written tests were conducted firstly. The tests covered Java basic knowledge, programing skills, DB experiences etc. Then two guys came to check the test results and discuss the answers one by one, no matter correct or not. Seems this should also be the tests about education background and engineering capability. Next, the HR asked me to do a 1:1 interview. Appropriate salary, position description, career development and company culture were talked about. Finally, a director who is my direct manager currently, invited me to do a usual chatting. That is all.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Adelaide (Australia) (took a day)
It was a quick interview with one project manager of local office and one engineering manager of MS, AU.
Engineers are required to be hands-on and could get exposed to different area of networking and telecom: design, order, installation, maintenance, documentation.

They moved very quickly. A week after the phone interview they brought me in, interviewed for about 3 hours (some panel and some on one one interviews) and a couple of days later told me I would be getting an offer. It took another week to get the offer but I knew it was coming.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took a day)
1 year Contract position with possible extension. First interview was on the phone, few little technical questions but nothing hard. They asked me about my past projects and what languages I am the most comfortable with and explained me who and what they are looking for regarding their upcoming project.
After that I got an on-site interview, 3x45 minutes, most of it technical with few behavioral questions.
