Interviewed Jul 2011 in San Diego, CA (took 1 week)
I'm actually kicking myself a little for not landing this job. As far as questions go, they were almost all softball/undergrad level questions. I had 6 interviewers, 4 from managers and 2 technical, 5 of them were polite and professional. The last one was a technical interviewer who looked quite unhappy to be interviewing me and would often interrupt and talk over me when I was trying to answer him. Considering it was the 6th hour my interview process, I would hope he would give me some time to write out my answers. However, before I could finish, he would often lean over and begin to cross out and write over my answers. At one point he said, "if you claim to have learned JAVA, then you should know singleton classes." This, to be honest, was a bit hurtful as it felt as though he was attacking my credibility and intelligence. When he attempted to explain it to me, I felt as though he couldn't give a good example as he tried to state something about using a private modifier when I believe he was trying to mention the keyword static. Overall, I liked the experience. One out of six interviews was not difficult, but unpleasant.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Jaguariuna (Brazil) (took a day)
Since all hiring is outsourced and the outsourcing company have all incentives to hire as many people as they bill for, the interview was very relaxed and they just seemed to want to hire me as fast as possible.

Interviewed May 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
After a telephone call from HR, I was called for a interview. There were 2 people on the panel. The interview was for an hour. The questions ranged from kinds of antennas, antenna designs, matlab. For some questions, they asked me to give them a pictorial representation of an antenna system. They also tested my knowledge in JAVA and C++ with basic questions. More details will be asked about your latest project. You have to be very prepared for that. The interview ended with questions on location preferences and any questions form my side. Be prepared to ask them questions which show your interest in the company.

Interviewed May 2011 in Lowell, MA (took a day)
this review applies to Motorola Mobility - a Motorola spin-off, which is somehow still in Motorola's corporate structure.
After 1 phone screen was invited for an on-site interview with a group of engineers (4 total). Prior to the interview had to fill a long application form. Interviews were average, no difficult technical questions, very friendly. Took me around the place and labs. I was unimpressed with the work environment - small dark cubicles. I didn't feel excited about either the environment or the work they are doing. There was a little test they asked me to write. It was pretty easy, except for the ObjectiveC part, in which I didn't claim any knowledge.
I rate this interview as a positive, as I liked all the people, the questions were relevant and to the point, and the attitude was friendly. I was not interested in pursuing this position, and, apparently, the feeling was mutual.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
They contacted me through email, to assist with web development in a new project, either as a contractor or a full-time employee. I then signed an NDA and we interviewed through Skype. The person interviewing me was very friendly and didn't make me feel nervous at all. There was another interview afterwards with more people involved, but I declined as I just got a big project with my company so I couldn't switch jobs, at least for the next few months. However, my impression from the whole thing was very good, I felt respected and not intimidated at all.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 1+ week)
Referred through a former colleague to a recruiter. The recruiter did a phone screen, then had a more technical person call for a second phone screen. After passing that I was called in for a series of interviews with five members of the organization. The in person interviews ranged from informal to extremely detailed technical reviews of my skills and problem solving.
