Asked about previous working experience. Strengths. Expectations for the job and to what extent were they me. 'Why good fit with the postion. biggest accomplishment / failure in this position. convince a team to work on a project they weren't thrilled about. How do you handle it.. handled a difficult situation with a co-worker
