Interviewed Jul 2010 in Plantation, FL (took 3 days)
I am a fresher and we talked about various projects I did. I had 5 rounds where they explained how many teams are involved in the project and which team does what. The office was pretty informal and everyone was approachable and friendly. The interview procedure was also pretty informal.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Plantation, FL (took 2 days)
First had a phone interview which was like 5 minutes. It was more like a speed date interview. I was placed in a conference room, and I was interview by six different people 12 minutes each. There were four other potential interns there.
Most of the questions asked where based off my resume. But I did remember some of them and they are as follows.
Why Motorola???--I was ask that question like three times and I was not prepared for it I kind of made up an answer.
What skills do you have for this position?
What skills have you acquired from your studies?
What do you want to do after graduation? Or more like what kind of job do you want to have, be specific. I don't think i answered that right because really i don't know what kind of job that will be available to me or i did not think of that question
Tell me about a time where you work on a group project?
How are your technical skills? As far as creating a LAN
How would you rate your computer skills on a 1 to 10 scale?
One thing I did learn is that you can never be fully prepared for an interview. You have to expect the unexpected and hope for the best. I was nervous the entire time.
Some things I did before:
Pray
Researched Motorola
Watched a lot of YouTube videos on internviews
Practiced common interview questions and had answers prepared for them I actulliy wrote them down and read them allowed to my self and tried to cater my answers to the job description.
Did a mock interview with myself on my webcam
Speak of your skills what you can do even if it's little be able to defend or back up your answers.
Don't be too general get specifics.
Smile
Ate before I went
Negotiation Details
