Phone interview was simple. Questions about what I had done in the past, but relatively simple interview compared to others I've done.

Negotiation Details
Remember they pay on a Chicago pay scale, so expect that cost of living level of pay. I went to Fort Worth campus, so Chicago pay scale is a little higher than typical Fort Worth based similar jobs. If you didn't realize this, you'd not know to keep persuing a little higher pay!
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
