Interviewed Jan 2008 in Saint Petersburg (Russia) (took 1 week)
Phone call only since I was from another city. After 2nd calls they made me an offer.
First interview - technical. Common tech questions on OS (processes vs threads), data structures (trees/arrays/graphs), algorithms (traversal).
Second - on my expectations, why I was leaving my current employer, etc... HR is very nice but know its job when salary is negotiated (anything you said why do you want to change your job will be used against you :) ).

Interviewed May 2009 in Murray, UT (took 1 week)
The interview process as a simple phone interview and then a face to face interview.
The interview was the panel type, but there where no preplanned questions. The Interview felt more like a stump the candidate session instead of focusing on past work experience and education.
During the interview it was clear that the job responsibilities where more entry level despite the title of Senior software engineer.
After the interview HR called me, I told them I was no longer interested in the position.

Interviewed Mar 2007 in Saint Petersburg (Russia) (took a day)
The interview was great. I was introduced to GSG-Russia office in Spb and interviewed first by HR lady. She asked me general questions like my future work expectations, my salary expectations etc. When she made an introduction of GSG Russia Motorola's office and asked me about my current workplace. She also asked a tricky question about why I would like to change a job etc.
After that I was introduced to another room for my technical interview. Two IT guys, team lead and project lead, asked me to tell about my current job, my favorite tasks etc. After that we gone through basic OO questions and some questions about how to optimize performance.
On the next day I received an offer from Motorola on senior-developer position.

Interviewed Oct 2007 (took 3 weeks)
Had my resume on Dice. HR sent me e-mail of interest. My e-mail reply was rejected as bad address. Frustrating! Could not reach anyone in HR. Found old friend working there and obtained interview. Phone interview happened first. In person interview was very easy. No test. Easy verbal Q&A.

Negotiation Details
Like most candidates I tried to keep my current salary secret and asked for more than current. HR said give me correct current salary or interview ends now. Very hardball with HR. They would not negotiate salary or benefits at all but I got more salary than I was making before anyhow.
