Not a very professional company as far as the HR practices and hiring process are concerned. The first round was a 1:1 interview which went quite well. It was with the hiring manager and the outcome was positive.
Things started going bad after that when I was supposed to be interviewing with other matrix managers. The date/time was re-scheduled several times and some of the interviews didn't happen at all.
The company doesn't seem to believe in individual privacy so on the application form, apart from the usual questions, they also ask you race, religion, spouse's name, date of birth, the date you got married etc.. weird.
Looks like the company is very disorganized and given the kind of people working there its no wonder it is underperforming
