Interview Details – I discussed the position on the phone with an individual who seemed pretty professional, which was encouraging. I was told to come on campus and have an in person interview, and had the opportunity to meet with a number of different individuals. It was a pretty long process, having the interview last approximately two hours from beginning to end, but was thorough and had many different "layers" and individuals to talk to, discussing issues with support staff, faculty, and administration.
Interview Question – I was asked what sort of leadership philosophy I followed or used. It was a question that wasn't readily asked by most interviewers, so I was thrown off just a tad. Answer Question
