Interview Details – Very little info about Company, except a large folder about the leader - did not share vision or significant job details - emphasize on numbers, but do not know them. point out the importance of the micro managing leader. Looks more like a "want to be" than an "is". Leaders refer more to history than to future. Brand recognition is a desire only.

Interview Details – Contacted by HR and had a impromptu to phone interview. I was asked to come in and do a onsite interview. The interview was extremely easy and you could tell the VP of Sales and Marketing had no clue what he was doing.
