Easy to enter to comapny, they are more on your analytical skills than technical, no technical questions.
People are not good, more politics, dependency on one or two resource, no knowledge sharing, no scope of individual growth, bad company for freshers

The interview was relatively easy as i had applied thru an agency. In consisted of verifying my profile, my interests and why i wanted to join the company. Din't get much technical questions at that time.
