HR round is worst. They do negotiation like Vegetable market. You will feel shy the way they do negotiation.
Employee Advice: HR are shameless, so you don't feel any shame while saying your Expected CTC. Stick with you expected salary.
Negotiation Details – I accepted the offer letter. I was very much dissatisfied with the company and resigned after 7 months not due to better opportunity but due to wanted to quit from this company.

Interview Details – The HR calls up , askes for inital questions , like what is the area of expertise, how many years of experience , expected salary . then the resume goes for screening , ince shortlisted HR calls up for scheduling interview . this takes from 2 days to 1 week . the first round is strictly technical . afer the interview if you clear you get a confirmation within 2 days . for next round , its a manager round and if not face to face it will happen by Yahoo messanger , then the HR round , they do a lot of bargaining .

Interview Details – The interviewer knew what she wanted and worked on fine with my resume to the best she could. My advice to candidates is that make sure your resume is to the point and correct. Be cool and calm and give the best you can without exagerating any event/credentials you have. Your experience matters more than the credentials you have on paper and how you put it through in actuions will make you go up the ladder. Having 10 certifications to your credit but cant take descisions at the right time will get you no where. This is what matters most to corporates.
Negotiation Details – Yes you can negotiate with your CTC provided you have something in hand. No company will just accept the package you dream of.

I replied him back and asked about the job profile.
He gave me the information and asked to send the resume.
Then I got a call, and they fixed a date for telephone interview.
In next round the had one HR Interview.
In Next round they asked me to come to their office.
After 1 to 1 they selected and gave me an offer letter.
