I applied online and interviewed at Mt. Hood Community College.
Interview Details – Gather 11 of your finest department members (oh wait! that's the whole department), put on your best frown, and sit around a table grilling the interviewee until he's making stupid jokes to lighten the mood. Then bring in the Supervisors--three of them--who all think they have an interest in what happens in your department despite the fact that they got lost on the way there. The Supervisors will ask a number of unrelated and stupid questions that have no bearing on the job just to confuse the interview and test his frustration level.
Interview Question – "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"--stupid question! I'm applying to be your secretary and you're not exactly going anywhere with your life. So why do you want to know where I'm going? Tell me why your asking and I'll know how you want me to answer. View Answer
