Initial online test then had group discussion. And the two interviews involving brain teasers and scenario questions. The important thing is to think out loud by stating your assumptions while answering scenario questions.

First round - written round with problems similar to the ones in CAT papers.
Second round - Group Discussion - on general topics
Third round - the make or break round - one-on-one interview; math problems will be asked with not really correct answers. It's not a bad idea to think out loud if you're stuck because they are interested in your thought process.

Received a link for an online Math test. It stated that it was similar to SAT but was much harder. The time limit was stringent and wrong answers subtracted a 1/4 point from your score.

Interviewed on campus. It was a one on one interview, with a mix of questions about my resume and a brain teaser/case. Interviewer was unprofessional, as his phone kept vibrating during the interview. He proceeded to text during the interview. Also, he seemed annoyed when I could not solve his brain teaser.

It was on campus recruiting. They had a lot of events to introduce the company to us before the interview. We also had to take an aptitude test online: 25 multiple choice questions in 35 minutes, math related, as well as do a video synthesis. Actual interview was the usual, basic behavorial and a brain teaser for you to work out.

Before the interview, they screen out applicants using a test, that was a combination of math questions, reading comprehension, analyzing data (it was timed) and a video component- you have to synthesize a lecture. After that, two back to back interviews, on campus recruiting, It was a standard consulting interview with a few behavioral questions.

    Interview Questions
    • It was a question to do with pennies and a weighing scale- how do you find the the penny that's off by .1 gram - I'm not sure if I remember correctly though.   Answer Question

It was an on campus interview at UC Davis. There were three rounds of interviews. First start with scenario question by asking you what would you ask about a ski resort wanting to increase their revenue. The second interview was a puzzle problem. The last interview was actually acting out as how you would approach to the clients. It took a little bit more than an hour. The training program is 4 to 6 months in India and coming back to US after.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Mu Sigma in November 2014.

    Interview Details

Applied for on-campus interview at UC Davis through Aggie Job Link and by visiting the Career Fair. Had to take GRE-style Aptitude Test and synthesize a video (similar to a TedTalk). Was invited to on-campus interview after passing these tests. Interview consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions, 30 minutes solving a case study question, and 45 minutes worth of brain teasers. Would argue that the brain teasers section is by far the most important. Thought process must be relayed to interviewer aloud - as if you were taking a client through your internal thought process in solving a business strategy problem.

    Interview Questions
    • Simple game theory questions followed up by the last brain teaser: "Owner of the San Francisco Giants wants to know how one would go about quantifying the level of 'passion' within fans at the stadium. How you would go about quantifying this human emotion?"   Answer Question
