Declined Offer – Interviewed in Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) Jan 2010 – Reviewed May 1, 2012

Interview Details – The Organization seemed to be looking for smart, well spoken and intelligent individuals who enthused with a lot of willingness to learn. The interview was a little bit technical in order to assess onez seriousness and basic attitude towards learning. It was more based on logical reasoning. Although some of my co-applicants did get puzzles to solve, my interview was more on my general reasoning of the world. Rest of it was based on my background and CV. The company would be impressed if you knew about them and their functions and philosophies. One should seem eager for long -term association with the organization. They are looking for candidates with good communication skills. This was their criterion of shortlisting candidates after the Group Discussion.

Interview Question – This wasnt difficult but definitely unexpected. I was asked what I thought Mu Sigma meant.   View Answer

Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took a day.
