Applied online through company website and received an email to coordinate a face-to-face interview. Took an IQ test, interviewed with a recruiter, and then with a team from a specific department. Everyone that I came into contact with was warm and personable. Company has great benefits and employee perks. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Overland Park, KS (took 2 weeks)

After 2 weeks and interviewing with 7 different people and having to come back multiple times I was offered a job. The interview process is standard canned questions, and grilling over your resume. The truth is, if you don't score well on the IQ test they give you, you won't be considered anyway regardless of your background and other credentials.
