Interview Details – After 2 weeks and interviewing with 7 different people and having to come back multiple times I was offered a job. The interview process is standard canned questions, and grilling over your resume. The truth is, if you don't score well on the IQ test they give you, you won't be considered anyway regardless of your background and other credentials.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time where you had a tough choice to make. What was the outcome. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation, it was a take it or leave it proposal.
Other Details - The process took 2 weeks.
