No Offer – Interviewed in Irving, TX Mar 2013 – Reviewed Mar 25, 2013

Interview Details – I applied online through university's career center. I was then contacted for a phone interview, talked about the position and coming in for their "Career Day." Went in for their Career Day and sat down with about 20 other candidates. Various members of the company came in and talked about MulitiView, their experience with the company, how great the training program is, etc. This went on for about an hour, then we were split into two groups to tour the facilities. After about half an hour, we were directed back to the main room we started in for "speed dating interviews." At first, I enjoyed the speed dating interviews, but after a few rounds I felt like I was very rushed in answering one, maybe two, questions at most. There was also music blaring while we were talking so I felt like I was yelling at the interviewer/it was sometimes hard to hear what they were saying/asking. After all the rounds of interviews were done, they brought in pizza and drinks, including beer and wine. Overall, the process was a bit long, about 4 hours, but it was a different experience and I enjoyed my time.

Onilne Account Executive at MultiView

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Irving, TX – Reviewed Mar 9, 2013

Interview Details – It is best to know someone to get an interview. Just find someone on Linkedin and ask them if you can put them as a reference. Just beware they will ask you how you know them. Just make something up.

After you apply on their website (they're always hiring), you will get a phone call to set up an interview. The interview process is different every time. Sometimes you just have a one on one interview and you're done, sometimes you have the one on one then a board interview, and sometimes they do a speed dating type of interview.

They will ask very basic interview questions:
-Tell me about the first time you sold something
-What's your best quality
-What's your worst quality
-Are you comfortable making 80 calls and 200 minutes on the phone every day
-What experience do you have
-Tell me about a time where you were challenged and how you overcame it
-Tell me a joke

Interview Question – They asked me to tell them a joke. Luckily, I had one on the top of my head, but it was very unexpected. You learn to expect the unexpected working here.   Answer Question

Online Account Manager at MultiView

Declined Offer – Interviewed in Irving, TX Apr 2012 – Reviewed Jun 7, 2012

Interview Details – The interview started with a phone call from a recruiter that my friend had passed my resume to. She went over the job description, but was unable to answer many of my questions about the job, bonus structure, and overall job structure/functions. She informed me I would need to take a skills/personality test which is become standard for most jobs. After I took the test she stated I would have a follow up interview the next day and to not where a tie. I went to the Irving office and immediatly was given a paper application to fill out and waited to speak to the Director of Recruitment and another person where they went over my resume for about 20 seconds then just tried to sell me on the job. They said they would be in touch. Later that day I received a call to have a panel interview the next day. I went to the interview and met with the Director of Sales, Director of Training, and another sales head, where they asked me questions about what I like to do in my free time, what is the craziest thing I have done, nothing really relevant about my past work experience. I proceeded in the end to tell them about my past work experience. I left the interview and withing 1 hour I had received a call from the woman I spoke with the first time who stated that they had offered me the job and went about telling me when to start and what to bring without even asking me if I actually wanted the job. I respectfully declined the job.

Declined Offer – Interviewed in Irving, TX May 2011 – Reviewed Jun 20, 2011

Interview Details – After applying to this job I took a skills/personality test, which took about an hour. I was immediately contacted to come in for an interview. The in-person interview was very easy. The interviewer was asking questions from a list, not questions based on my resume. Typical interview questions were: what is your definition of success, what are my hobbies, what do I like to do in my spare time, etc. Nothing challenging whatsoever.

Interview Question – The interviewer asked me what my hobbies were, and what I did in my spare time.   View Answer

Reason for Declining – I didn't want the job.
