Interviewed Mar 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
There were two phone interviews in the process that took place over two days.
The first interview was a pre-screening/information interview. The interviewer provided more information about the position, base pay, approximate commission payments, benefits, etc.
The second interview was with the "hiring manager" and consisted of 13 questions that I'd call standard:
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why did you apply for this job?
3. How many years experience in [industry] outside sales?
4. What's your greatest strength?
5. What's your greatest weakness?
6. What was your greatest accomplishment?
7. Rate your communication skills 1 (low) - 10 (high).
8. When are you available to start working?
9. Is [job specific duty/duties] a "problem"?
10. Are you able to travel and conduct events in specified territory?
11. What is your salary goal?
If there were two other questions I either neglected to capture them or they were part of the interview interaction and I didn't recognize them as interview specific questions. When the second interview was complete, the interviewer explained the next step was to prepare a report to present to another party and a follow up call to me re: status.
Both interviewers were personable and clear. The only thing I didn't receive was the follow up call re: status. I followed up with an e-mail and learned the position had been filled. Overall, it was a good experience and I was impressed with interviewers, they made the process comfortable and as conversational as the process could be.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Richmond, KY (took a day)
Basic interview questions. Describe yourself, what are you looking for in an employer, are you a team player, etc. etc. If you really want this job the one thing you do not say is that you are currently enrolled in school because they will not work around class schedules and will disqualify you as a candidate based on this. If you get the job you will know immediately because they will send you for a drug test and get you to sign a consent to a background check.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
Asked me a few questions/ drug background, can you pass criminal background check. etc. Shifts could be 10-12 hrs. pay is 9.00 an hour. Too low for this type of call center work, especially since it isn't entry level.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Elsmere, KY (took a day)
I did a phone interview by calling the number on a brochure. While I felt it went well and was told I would receive futher instructions in a couple of days, I didn't hear from company for about 10 weeks. They requested an interview the next day. It was straight forward, such as physical and technical capabilities, then they sent you to a supervisor for interview on the same day. Questions such as owning a vehicle that you can use for the job, computer access from home, working off ladder, general questions any employer is going to want to know.
