Interview Details – The interview process consisted of a panel interview, and one on one interviews with key personnel. The process was largely informal, consisting first of a review of work history and hypothetical questions to access technical ability. Heavy emphasis was given to behavioral interviewing to assure a good fit within a small tightly knit company.
