Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Seems like the position was offered to quite a lot of people. The opening interview itself was with their recruiter, the second was with both the recruiter and manager. They were very honest about the difficulties of this business.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Indianapolis, IN (took 1 week)
Everything went great in terms of the phone correspondence, email, etc. until I got to the interview. I was expecting to be asked questions of why I would be a successful candidate but was instead given a long presentation with all the details of how the position and company functions. It was a huge turn-off and wasn't disappointed when they didn't give me an offer.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Manassas, VA (took 1 week)
I was initially contacted by a recruiter and we set up an interview. The atmosphere at MOH is very pleasant and welcoming. The interview was 1:1 with the District Sales Manager. He was very understanding and made the interview comfortable. It resembled a conversation more so than an interview. He asked basic interview questions: "What are you strenghts/weaknesses?", "Why did you choose your major?", Why do you want to work here?, he went over a questionairre I submitted online and asked me questions about it. Like, "You mentioned family time is important to you, how do you plan on accomplishing this while working at MOH?

Reason for Declining
You don't need a college degree to sell insurance plus it's very competitive. In the words of the sales manager, "If you don't sell, you don't eat."
