Interview Details – At the time I interviewed there was not an HR person at the company. I interviewed with a recruiter. Then came back for a 3 part second interview. On the second interview, I met with the Lead Recruiter, the VP of Sales and the COO. It was a great process and everyone had tough questions to ask. It was nice to meet with people from such varied departments. I got a great feel for the company.
