When a company seems too good to be true, it usually is...you are called by HR and asked a few questions before they schedule an interview. They entice you with an offer letter stating that you can earn 20K over your base salary in bonuses. You never get a chance to get the bonus, and the company is unable to pay you after a few months, so they let you go. They offer the job to you on the spot without checking references. Conclusion: They don't know what they're doing.
