Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Began with a phone interview, progressed to a 1:1 interview with the head of the department. Interview was very conversational and I found it took off the pressure of what interviews typically apply.
Heard back within a reasonable amount of time.
Overall a pleasant experience for an interview.

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took 3 weeks)
Extensive interview process. Phone Interview, 1:1 Interview, Group/Panel Interview (final round), IQ/Intelligence Test, Skills Test, Personality Test. Asked question about selling style. They like consultative selling. Read "rainmaker" book. Most people are nice. Some are A-holes.
