I had worked for the company before. The HR person called and asked if I could come back. I said yes.

Negotiation Details
I asked for more money. It was within the job range. Ask for what you want. You may get it.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Was already employed and interviewed for job turn over happend per contract rolled over with new contract and was accepeted right away because prior knowledge, so they didn't have to hire someone else. Made they transition easy whene hiring.

The interview consisted of a Background Check.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Rome, NY (took 3 days)
I was interviewed over the phone by a Human Resources type person who was extremely nice, personable etc... made me feel very comfortable. Then I had the 'in person' interview with my supervisor and manager. They were very thorough with their questions while also making me feel relaxed. They were very polite and professional.

It was pretty much take it or leave it.
