Unfortunately, the interviewer called early morning without notice and insisted on conducting the telephone interview immediately. This was not my only application for a HR Manager position thus I spend a great deal of time attempting to figure the position deals. She was more interested in questions that I may have had for her or about the organization, than providing any information or an exchange of ideas. Never take a surprise interview without preparation! I received an email within minutes indicating that I was not a good fit.
