Application Details

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at NCO in September 2011.

Interview Details

it was very easy. apply online for position, either at home or in the hiring office. Then in the hiring office, probably the same day for most people, take a typing test to see how many words per minute you write. (which you can just retake over and over because they just ask you what your score was and don't check it) Then they had us do a written test that was just several questions to see what department to put you in, Advanced Auto, Geeksquad, Best Buy, Assurant, or the outbound calls. Then right after completing that they do a one on one interview where all they really care about is confirming that you have a flexible schedule.

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at NCO in October 2010.

First you apply online either in their lobby or at home. They will also give you a typing test. I've heard they do drug testing now, but I'm not sure. Once everything is clear they will call you in for an interview. The interview is much easier than many I've had. No "sell me this pen" bs. They ask things to make sure you're willing to learn and enjoy talking and listening to people
