Help Desk Agent Interview

I applied in-person and the process took 5 days - interviewed at NCR in May 2011.

Interview Details – The process was very quick, I sent my resume and in less than a week I've got a call for the interview. This was done by two managers who were very open and friendly.
It was mostly about reviewing my qualifications and explaining the duties and expectations of the position.

Interview Question – I don't recall any difficult question.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I've got an offer by email 2 days after the interview, and I accepted it.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at NCR in July 2011.

Interview Details – I was scouted by a recruiter with a staffing company. I did a phone interview with them and they gave me all the info about the position. They set up the interview and I went and did the interview and was given a call through the recruiter on the way home saying I can come sign some papers at their office if I wanted to start the job.
