    Interview Details

Applying on the web site was easy and straight forward. It does take some time to hear back after the initial email response. Initial call was set up to review the qualifications. A second interview was completed by phone with several members of the team. They expected ti to take another week to review other candidates. I was given an offer the next day.

    Interview Questions
    • The most difficult question was related to dealing with a customer when someone else on the team delivered work that did not meet expectations at all. What would I do and say to the customer when I knew they were right about poorly written code, now that it was my job to fix it.   Answer Question
