Firstly, simple network proficiency test based on Cisco technology.
Then interview by hiring managers.

Interview Question – The network proficiency test at the beginning is difficult as the Cisco comes unfamiliar to graduate.   Answer Question

Interview Details – It was a face to face interview with the Project Director and Lead Consultant. Questions asked are generic questions such as project management experiences, challenges, experience with product, how the product shall be implemented in a country without good internet connection, the number of people managed in the project, how to manage budgeting and forecast. The second interviewer was late for almost an hour.

Interview Question – No unexpected questions, however, probably the most difficult during the session was how to deal with many tenders/projects concurrently and if you are prepared to do overtime :)   View Answer

Interview Details – The interview was quite casual and the atmosphere was friendly. The director of the consulting department basically just asked me things regarding my resume and nicely introduced me the history of NCS, which is a former government agency.
The whole interview lasted for about 40 minutes.
