Interviewed Dec 2011 in Singapore (Singapore) (took a day)
It was a face to face interview with the Project Director and Lead Consultant. Questions asked are generic questions such as project management experiences, challenges, experience with product, how the product shall be implemented in a country without good internet connection, the number of people managed in the project, how to manage budgeting and forecast. The second interviewer was late for almost an hour.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 5 days)
The interview was quite casual and the atmosphere was friendly. The director of the consulting department basically just asked me things regarding my resume and nicely introduced me the history of NCS, which is a former government agency.
The whole interview lasted for about 40 minutes.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Singapore (Singapore) (took a day)
Opt for business analyst. HR said all entry level must be a developers.
Few month later, I realized whatever HR said is a lie unless they keep changing policies every month since another entry level candidate got position as business analyst.
On the first day of work, I got interviewed with my RO asking for my resume since he/she has not gotten one nor know anything about me.
It seems that there is disconnect between whatever HR is doing and whatever staff are doing during hiring process.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 2 days)
Post the interview call, i was asked to come for a written test which has questions not related to my intended job scope. Yet, i was called for a 1:1 interview, which was done by a team leader and HR personal. The team lead was knowledgeable and knew precisely what questions needs to be asked based on the requirement. Interview was for 2 hours and I secured the job on the spot after negotiating the salary.
