Overall it's not too difficult to get an offer from NCS, especially if you have a good degree from a good university. The interviewer is very friendly. Questions are quite standard. Basically, it's just let the interviewer to know about you. No technical questions. Maybe it's because i interviewed for the entry level position.

Called up, sent resume, they called back, did skills assement by phone, they were happy, they cset up an interview.
