I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at NEXT Retail India in May 2012.

Interview Details – first i fill application form and then select for the interview ,after go for the interview under this i have done personal interview GD PI and then after 2 days i get the MSG that you are selected for job

Interview Details – Got the reference through campus placement co ordinator. Attended interview at company ZO. First round was analytical, GK and reasoning round. Second round was face to face with area manager. third round was with zonal DGM. and finally had a round with HR
