Interviewed Apr 2010 in Beaverton, OR (took 5 days)
Behavioral based questions. Starts with phone interview with recruiter ( helps to know someone to help you get that phone screen ), and they will pass you on to a panel interview most likely, three people usually. Might be another phone screen in there from the hiring manager. Process just depends on time of year, and how quickly they need someone. Could happen in a week, could take a month.

You can negotiate, some district managers are more gracious than others. If they feel they have a great candidate, they will pay for it.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
