Interviewed May 2012 in West Trenton, NJ (took 6 days)
Applied online through my college career center with just sending in my resume. Got a call from a HR rep a couple days later to arrange a phone interview to go over resume. During phone interview, ensured information on my resume (such as GPA) was correct, and then asked questions such as "Why did I choose my school?", "Why did I choose my major?". Got an in-person interview with the HR rep later in the week. Went over similar questions/resume confirmation. After that, met with head of interns/head of QA. Asked questions about my background, what I did in my previous work experience, etc.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in West Trenton, NJ (took 2 weeks)
Arcane. It begins with a low-level recruiter who asks pre-determined questions to get to the next level.
You then meet with the hiring manager one on one. They you are subjected to a group interview with a number of current Project Managers who do their best to trip you up and prove how much more they know than you. All in the group have pre-prepared lists of questions.
