I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 1 week - interviewed at NSEiT in April 2010.

Interview Details – Normal Core Java questions were asked, Java API for Collections and Threads were tested. J2EE was limited to Struts diagram and MVC pattern. JSP and servlets were tested by life cycle questions.
Second round, PM did ask me if you know debugging skills, I answered yes and no followup was asked.

Interview Question – Not encountered any such question.   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at NSEiT in December 2013.

Interview Details – The Interview process for this position is very simple yet tricky

1st Round: HR round, where he or she will ask you many tricky questions

2nd Round: Face2Face HR PI, another round filled with Tricks!

3rd Round: Phone HR Round, Discussion of Salary and Job Role

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at NSEiT.

Interview Details – There are 4 rounds of the Hiring Process:- 1. Aptitude 2. Group Discussion 3. Technical Interview 4. HR Interview

1st Round: Aptitude there are 3 sections Quantitative, Logical and Verbal total of 30 Questions and 30 Marks with no negative Marking. Time given :30 min.
Difficulty Level : Medium but challenging Verbal was most challenging as it contains Unseen Passage which is difficult to complete at limited time.

2nd Round GD: They test your communication Skills.

3rd round Technical: They asked basic questions of core java and Struts, MVC .Asked in detail about the project.

Interview Question – You should know basics of core java and MVC Architecture of Struts2   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – It was for Entry Level Position so no Negotiations.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4 days - interviewed at NSEiT.

Interview Details – For laterals, most of the time interview process is same.
one telephonic round, one F2F technical round & last one is client round which is also F2F

Also note that if you clear client round of interview, you must go hard on salary. . . Push it as hard as possible.Because its the one & only chance you would get to do so.

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took a day - interviewed at NSEiT in September 2009.

Interview Details – 3 round of interviews goes.
First round was taken by Project Lead, Asked all technical questions related to job profile. Like for asp.net opening asked good questions about asp.net, OOPS, sql server, ADO.NET etc
Second round was taken by Project Manager, checked ability as team member also again checked technically.
Last round was taken by AGM, checked skill as team member.

Interview Question – What suggestion you have contributed to your previous employer which is accepted by them?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Can not negotiate for this position, up to certain position salary is fixed for all employee. Every one knows if you are ASA how much you are getting.

Interview Question – What is your take on Hard work? Why Smart work is not better than Hard work?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. They have fixed starting salary of 1.8LPA won't give a TASA more than that.
