Overall only recruitment staff is committed to process adherence. I was updated till last minutes on the schedule and availability of the panel. My 1st round was cancelled and unreasonably i had to stay in a hotel awaiting my 2nd chance. Lucky me was called next day for F2F. I was with the mindset that such a responsible company whose recruiters are process orieted would be real.ly quality and service oriented. But when i faced the VP IT who kept scanning my resume untill 15 mins then when he opened his wisdom tongue, i was shocked. It was rough and rowdy language. I quickly followed the etiqs and finally concluded end within 25 mins. Seeing the office culture, environment i still couldnt belueved what i had faced on whom the company puts so much of trust. I concluded that this is an individual whose acts has paralyzed growth instead of overall company and its rich culture.
