Interviewed May 2009 in Davie, FL (took 2 days)
I got a call from the Director of the department and asked me about my experience, and the reason I am looking for a job. Afterwards they asked me to come in and do another interview.
Scheduling was an easy process, and pleasant. When I came in, I was in an office interviewing with the director and the manager of the department. They questioned me with basic troubleshooting questions, and general practices for computer support. I was also asked about my certifications and some of the questions frequently asked on them (A+, Net+, MCP). They also quizzed me with several situational questions.
They decided to bring me back on a later date to do a second round of interviews. This time it was 1:1 with the head guy in charge of the IT department. This time it was more of a "how will you fit in" assessment. Since the ability to try and make relationships with people on the job is a vital, they wanted to make sure that I wasn't some sort of crazy person or anything.
After 2 more days, I got the call offering me the position.

Negotiation Details
I was not able to negotiate, although I was a bit desperate for a job at the time. I would have probably tried harder to get a better starting salary. Young and inexperienced...
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Davie, FL (took 3 weeks)
I applied online via the university website. Several days later, I received a phone call to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by one of Nova's HR Consultants. They congratulated me on getting the interview because they were picking only the best applicants to come in and they had a high number of applicants apply for the position. It was an experienced based interview (behavioral). Took about 50 minutes. Very thorough. I would recommend going through the requirements listed on the job posting and turning the job requirements into questions (tell me about a time where you X, Y, Z // what would you do if X, Y, Z). Interviewer was very thorough and professional. I think I did well, but have a feeling that institutions such as Nova usually go for internal candidates / students / recent graduates.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Fort Myers, FL (took a day)
I applied on line. Was called 3 weeks later for an interview. The interview consisted of a panel of 6 people. The position was for a ten dollar an hour reception/assistant. It was a very involved interview for the position it was offering. After preparing for the interview from sites like Career Builder. com and reading countless interview tips. During the interview I was never asked one question, which I had prepared for. All the questions centered around personalities of people, which I was not prepared for.
