Interviewed Feb 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I got to know about the position through one of my friend, whom have got an invite from job portal. However since the profile looked interesting i applied to the position. Got a call from the manager under whom the position is held vacant, which was a technical telephonic round. Attended the telephonic round and clearly responded to the queries and also had my concerns clarified during the call. As the manager is satisfied with the conversation we had he pushed the process to the one more level of technical round with Director Finance, which happened 3 weeks after the telecon. During the second & final round got an opportunity to interact with finance head and i demonstrated my career objectives, relevance of the position being offered and connected my understanding with my requirements. Gained understanding on company's operations durint the discussion. Finance head reflected his satisfaction at the end of conversation. Got the offer call within 3 working days and negotiation of package went for one more working day.
On overall process went very smoothly.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
NVidia has an internal EDA/CAD tool development group.
I had a call from recruiter & he described about work, & asked for conducting interview. I agreed.
Had 1st tele round with manager of cad group. Main focus had been on netlist designing, traversals & some other DS/algo.
Then i had a 2nd tele round with a senior from Santa Clara, where focus had been again on netlist structure & problems/solutions related to that area.
Thereafter, i had been called for F2F round at bangalore. There i had 4 rounds, first 2 rounds were technical rounds, where problems related to DS/algorithms were asked.
Then, after lunch, 3rd round was focused around puzzles.
Finally 4th round was a technical discussion with manager. In this, we discussed, profile/work requirement & company discussion, also discussion around company requirement. Then he discussed about my candidature , my past work experience. Finally discussion ended with mutual discussion around requirements of each other.
After that, HR told me that they will give an offer in a few days.
Around a week later, i got the compensation breakup & offer.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Offer was good, but bangalore is quiet costly city. What i analyzed that, city living expenses would result in net lesser saving, than what i could easily achieve with lesser salary in my hometown delhi.
So far, i have not declined & i am inclined to decline it.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Company came on campus and test was taken to check analytical skills and concepts of digital hardware and programming. Then i was shortlisted for interview. I had only a technical interview which lasted only 5 mins. I felt they only ensured that the candidate has potential and will be ready to blend into the work culture. Hence its important to establish a rapport wih the interviewer.

Interviewed Aug 2007 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I was selected through campus interview. I had solved some previous year interview questions mostly the based on State machine related and timing violations. There was one Aptitude test which was easy and an interview.
Perceptions:
People: Very friendly, Competitive, highly skilled. It will be a great experience to work with them.
Office: Nice place to work. No additional benefits though.
Culture: Work , work and work until you get tired. No team outings, not an interesting to place to work at. In fact there is no culture other than work.

Negotiation Details
As this is my first job, there is nothing much i can negotiate. I have communicated to them that I am basically interested in Design/Arch work citing some of my graduate level projects.
Advice for others: Go for the job if you have either plans for higher studies or urgent need for money. All you get to do is some routine verif work without any promotions or salary hikes.
