Got contacted by recruiter through LinkedIn. Gave first telephonic interview and then waited for almost 3 weeks to get 2nd telephonic interview. Telephonic Interview was mainly on my resume and it was nice to talk to the person on the other end

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Santa Clara, CA (took 1 week)
Passed resume at career fair where there were on the spot tests which the recruiter later noted. Then scheduled a phone interview with an engineer who asked one puzzle and two conceptual designs in addition to see if I understood basic terms. Later called for long on-site interview with multiple members of specific group who asked wind ranging questions from resume background, technical skills specific technologies that have been mastered.
