Interviewed Mar 2010 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took 1 week)
My recruiter called me and asked for my technical expertise then after shortlisting my resume I had to come for f2f round.
On day 1 i had one written technical round afterward one f2f technical discussion.
After clearing above mentioned criteria I had to come again for the second and final round of interview.
On day 2, I had my second round of technical discussion which proceeds to the managerial and HR discussion.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Basically, everyone I interacted with is accustomed to treat candidates as commodity. It does not look like that dignity or respect for prospective employees exist anywhere near to them.
Be ready to be exploited, consider that you have all the time in the world for them, whenever they want, wherever they want.
