Customer came in for a Wii system and store was out. They were upset that it was in paper and felt we should have had in stock. Stated to customer that 40 arrived and were sold immediately. I shared that I wish we had more and would be glad to see if another of our stores has the system in stock. Customer understood and appreciated me making the call.
