Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 days)
I just had an informal phone interview b/c they were so desperate to get a photographer. As Photo Manager, I was the only photographer for 2 months. Coworkers are up tight, controlling, and grumpy. I definitely do not belong w/ "river rats" even though I am a very adventurous outdoors person. I was trained by doing something wrong and getting in trouble, then doing something else and being told it is the wrong way. I'm still being told what i'm doing wrong, I was never really trained.

Negotiation Details
I was unable to negotiate, and now it is even less of an option. I am not even being paid as much as I was offeree. I'd advise others to fight for what you want, just not hard enough to miss getting the job.
