Interviewed Aug 2011 in Seaford, DE (took 3 days)
The recruiter called and arranged an appointment to meet. They were very organized and had a clear outline as to how we would proceed through the interview process. My recruiter explained that the phone and in-person interview were important; as well as the background check and skills testing. I also appreciated the interviewer explained that all my school transcripts would be required and they would also try to get references from my instructors.

Negotiation Details
The salary was not too negotiable. The benefits were flexible and that was a good feeling to be able to select what I needed. I did also ask if I would be allowed to start on a floor other than medical-surgical because of my outstanding grades with OB. The recruiter told me to discuss this with my in person interviewer. I do so, and they were very appreciative of my interest in the OB specialty.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
