    Interview Details

    HR contacts you first and sets up the interviews. Once onsite you complete the application and meet with HR. After your interview with HR you meet with the main supervisor. You are then contacted back for additional interviews. Be knowledgable about the organization, read the latest press releases on the website for updated news on the industry. Be conservative, polished and professionally dressed, nothing less than suits. The people are generally nice.

    They do a 360 degree interview and it can require some effort. They requested that I do some research and bring ideas about how I would increase sales for various areas. There were about 10 people in my interview, managers and stakeholders from all over the organization.
