Interviewed Nov 2008 in Washington, DC (took 3 weeks)
HR contacts you first and sets up the interviews. Once onsite you complete the application and meet with HR. After your interview with HR you meet with the main supervisor. You are then contacted back for additional interviews. Be knowledgable about the organization, read the latest press releases on the website for updated news on the industry. Be conservative, polished and professionally dressed, nothing less than suits. The people are generally nice.
