Interviewed Feb 2010 in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) (took 2 days)
first the IQ test which is on three parts each for 10 minutes, automatic by computer and it is tricky
after passing the IQ test the interview will be dated one week later with the department applied for
The interview will be about the previous experiences and that to be spoken in English language which is must for the banking experience

Negotiation Details
Salary was not under negotiation as per the bank policy for new joiners, it is fixed for expatriate and for nationals which could be changed by the bank management and it should be changed
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and an IQ/Intelligence Test.
